Please check that you have used the same e-mail address when registering for the app that you use for your Holmes Place membership (applies to Holmes Place members). For members of our partners: Please register once using a QR code at the reception of one of our clubs. You will then enter the e-mail address with which you will later have access to the Holmes Place app. After registering via the QR code, you will receive a welcome email from Egym explaining all further steps.
